I don't have pics of the current gifts but you do get free photos. You don't need to do anything special to get them, they just show up.

I always sign up on the "My Plans" webpage for first night pics (where I get shore excursions, onboard fun and whatnot). On the ship, the receipt has shown a charge, then a credit for the amount charged (making it free). I was told on the phone with a CM to do it that way in order to get the free Pearl pics. Not sure if that's the only way, but it's been successful for us on many cruises now

Nope, it's not the only way. We don't do anything and the pictures are just there. No charge or credit on our account. I think we might get an email reminding us to look but I forget.

You get a large sort of laundry bag and inside of it is the tote bag, the wet/dry bag, a beach towel, and 2 Pearl mugs which are slightly shaped like large stemless champagne flutes. They are sort of pink fading to white, and sparkley.
