A bounce back offer is a special promotion that guests at WDW resorts can access until midnight of their check out date. It is usually a % off room rates (same discount or very slighly better than the ones that go out to the general public) or sometimes they also offer free dining for selected dates. Basically it's trying to get you to book another Disney vacation within a year of your current stay.
