Current AP december deals?

We don't currently have an AP. We just closed on a stripped DVC (no points this year) so we plan on buying the cheaper DVC APs once we get our DVC number. In the meantime I noticed there is a AP special for December, but I cant get into it without an active AP. Can anyone tell me what the discounts are for the boardwalk and monorails? We currently have a BC/AK grand villa split stay reserved, but the BC portion is just the 4 of us so getting a better deal would be nice!

Dec 11-14th. Epcot or MK resorts. We have two infants so we need ease of transportation when it is just two adults. lol
