Current AKV construction near animal viewing areas?

Have seen a few online photos of construction going on outside Sanaa and the overlook at Kidani. Anyone been recently that can tell me how much this is impacting animal viewing? How about increased noise levels?
Will be visiting in two weeks and had used the animal views as the main selling point to convince my family to stay there. :/

We are here now and there is construction on both sides of the overlook. It does cover some of the windows in Sana’a as well. Noise wasn’t heard at all and I went out today while they were working and didn’t really hear it. Animals don’t seemed bothered by it, because they were still pretty close.
