Oh yeah post 2010 costs if you have that!
Thanks
(I don't know how to edit the "subject to include 2010. Tell me if you know how to do that. thx.)

I have no idea but I am definitely curious as well.

I know for Spring 2010 a 2 bdrm Chatham cost either 90 or 95 a week.

3BR for Vista was $79 in fall of 2010

Vista 2br - $90
Vista 3br - $80
Vista 4br - There are no four bedroom aptartments at Vista.

Chatham 1br -$95
Chatham 2br - $95
Chatham 3br - $85
Chatham 4br - $85

Patterson 1br - $96
Patterson 2br - $96
Patterson 3br - $86
Patterson 4br - Same as Vista Way, Patterson does not have 4 bedroom apartments.

As for 2010 prices, just subtract $1 from each apartment price.

Not to steal the thread but is there a place that shows the layouts of the apartments? How many bathrooms does each have?

My Chatham 4 bedroom had 3 bathrooms,
2 full bathrooms that connected two bedrooms to each other
And one half bath for guests I guess

Is there anyway to like pay in advance? as in instead of them docking 90$ from each check, could i just pay the whole months rent at once?

In Patterson, every bedroom has it's own bath
In Chatham 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments have it's own bath. The 4 bdrm have 2.5 bath
Vista I know the 2 bdrm apt have 2 baths. I believe the 3 bdrm have just 2 baths.

Nope there is no way to pay in advance. In fact there is really no way to control any aspect of the rent. They just dock it every week before it gets direct deposited.

Nope, but honestly it's so much easier with them docking it, you don't have to remember to put money aside for rent and whatever you get is basically yours to spend however you wish when they take out rent for you. You start forgetting they're even doing it and just see the amount on your paycheck.

Is this a normal increase in charges? I am looking to do the program in Spring 2012 and am curious how drastic the increase will be. If it's only a dollar a week, I can understand, but between $5 to $10 adds up fast.

Relatively on topic, are there any other upfront (housing) fees besides the $100 program assessment & activities fee after accepting the program's invitation?

It's my understanding that when you accept a position at Disneyland you'd have to have the housing security deposit, first month's rent, etc all upfront.. this doesn't seem to be the case for WDW housing (as far as I've read). Any help?

Not that I remember, the housing thing isn't at all as scary and confusing as it seems before you get down there. You basically don't even need to think it about it. They deduct between 80-90 dollars (depending on where you live/how many apts) each week from your paycheck automatically, so when you get your check it's all you've earned for the week sans rent and taxes. It's not so bad.
There were no extra fees that I remember. Just have enough money with you for about two weeks of food and stuff just in case because they DO take rent that first week and you only earn about enough to cover it depending on when you do traditions, you don't work much that first week.;)

Most Helpful award goes to you, thank you! Fall is soon enough for me to start budgeting now (car payments, etc), so this is good to know. Acceptance into the CP, first, is ideal but just in case :)

Here's a great blog I found. I hope the original poster doesn't mind me posting it again here.
It has 2br layouts for Vista and Chatham. It also has other great info A-Z.
