Curious. What was the outcome?

Some time ago there was a post about someone's child receiving anonymous threatening notes in her backpack at school. I was off-line for a long time during the holidays and can't find the post to learn the outcome.
Can anyone ( or the OP) update us on the outcome? I hope the little girl is okay and the trouble has been resolved.

last update was a while ago - before the christmas break - the police came into the schoool and talked to the kids about bullies - the notes stopped - don't know if they ever found out who wrote them....

Thanks for asking. Not to much to report here.
The notes did stop after the police came in for a bully session. It weird because usually kids will brag about what they have done but we heard nothing. DD knows to be aware if ANYTHING seems strange or weird to her. I am also in the school a couple of mornings a week and still watch. The old principal is gone and the new principal is wonderful (she was the old vice) and I have a good relationship with her. The new vice is our old librarian which is again a plus. Thank god the old principal is gone.......
Hubby is still talking to the school board on this. We'll see what happens.

Makes me wonder even more if it was an adult. Kids tend to talk even when they don't mean to, brag to others, or be seen since things were being watched. Hopefully it's over with and nothing more will happen. Perhaps it was someone trying to scare your DD, but without plans to carry through on anything. In which case they understand the serious situation and will not resume the notes.

Me too. Usually kids will tell someone. That's what was so weird about it. If anything happens again I will be in that school so fast( and also to the police station!)
