What proof and/or type of ID do you need to show when checking-in to a resort booked with a special Florida resident rate?

Valid Florida drivers license.

These are the forms of ID accepted by WDW as proof of Florida Residency:
1) Valid Florida Driver's License
2) Valid Florida State Issued ID (can get them at DMV)
3) Valid Florida College ID with picture on it
4) Valid Florida Voter Registration Card with accompanying picture ID
5) Valid Military papers showing that you are stationed on a base in Florida with valid Military ID.

With these forms of ID, you may purchase Florida residents annual pass, premium annual pass, and the special 3 day Florida park hopper. You may also use these as proof of residency when you check into your resort if you are getting a Florida Resident rate.

Mortgage papers, and leases, as well as utility bills are no longer accepted forms of proof of Florida residency. Time share ownership is also not an accepted form of proof of Florida residency.
