I really hope that this is available when we fly back home on October 27. We have paper tickets on Continental (if that makes any difference). It will be just me and a toddler so it would be a HUGE help!

Anyone know the answer to this? And I realize things can change at any time.

We were on Delta, but we were able to use curbside check-in. Long, long, long lines inside for counter check-in. Curbside took about 7-8 minutes at max.

RweThereyet--

did you have an eticket or a paper ticket? we have etickets and was told by delta that the curbsides are different around the country. Some can give you your boarding pass and some can not. If they can not, then you have to go to the counter to get it, making the curbside checkin a mute point. (why there is a difference between the two tickets and getting a boarding pass is beyond me, though)

idontknow, I am with you. I can understand that some places can give out boarding passes and some can't but I don't understand the ticket issue.

Anyway, I think at big airports like MCO the skycaps can "normally" give you boarding passes.

I just spoke to Customer Service at Continental, and the agent I spoke to said that only CO's "Hub" airports were doing curbside right now, and MCO is not a hub for CO.

However, she did say to check with them once you arrived in Orlando.

Mermaidmom- sounds like you got some good news tonight! Hope all goes well and let us know how it goes. ;)

CarolA- isn't this all just too confusing? LOL

they issued Boarding passes at the curbside check-in at bothmy departure and at the mco airports. the curbside at Orlando was so much faster than the line that would have stretched a city block long was for counter check-in.

After we returned the rental car, we walked to the terminal withour baggage and got in line for counter check-in. I sent hubby outside to see about curbside and he motioned for us to come outside. We walked out and got in line and theline never stopped moving, we were done in about 5 minutes, maybe 7 tops. Really went fast.
