I came looking for a thread on the new show Cupid, was I the only one watching???

What did everyone else think?

I thought it was pretty good. Those girls could be pretty brutal at times...

I did like it better than most of the new reality-love shows where everybody is all ......Oooh, I love you already even though I've only known you for 10 minutes.

Anyone else??

I enjoyed what I saw of it. I bet some of the oddballs were paid actors though...

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. All I can say is if THAT woman can't find a decent man, I fear for all the single women in America!!
Could you believe some of those losers? I think half of them must have been paid actors. Why she picked a couple of them I'll never know.
You have to love the blonde friend (forgot her name) If she isn't the female Simon Cowell, I don't know who is. ;)

This is one of those shows that had me watching but cringing at the same time. It's way more brutal than American Idol...

I must admit that I laughed my butt off......and then John says that the blonde acts just like I would.....LOL!

That blonde chick will never find a man after this. I just didn't see the need for some of the nastiness... making fun of the Latin guy's accent?

Did anyone else think the chick was more like 35 or 40 from the commercials?

I couldn't believe they picked the skater with the tattoos all over his body.

I did. I was shocked when they said she was 25, she looks a good 10 years older.

There was an episode of Law & Order on that I never saw, so I watched it and flipped over to Cupid during the commercials.

Loved that show, but I must say that I was horrified at how blunt they were with some of the men. This show makes me really appreciate my husband. No way would I ever want to be single again!

We saw it and laughed through most of it. I could never be that mean though.
I'm going to like that show. :)

I agree about the actor part. They guy who was a postal worker and tried twice - he looks so familiar! Now I know I live in Chicago, but still. I think he's got to be an actor or something.

I watched about the first 15 minutes then I turned it off. It seemed really fake. I got the same feeling about some of them being actors Maybe I'll try it again next week.

Whoa, those women were TOUGH!!! Felt sorry for some of the guys and agree that some of the weirder ones had to be staged. Interesting to see how this goes on.
