Cupcakes at AK?

Hello All! I was at AK yesterday and me and my 4 year old were in search of a cupcake. I had read several blogs and posts about AK having some great cupcakes so we were excited to try one. We searched several places around the park and could not find any. We stopped in Zuri's Sweet Shop thinking that we would surely find one there but sadly we did not. When we enquired with the ladies working in the bakery section they said that they no longer could sell cupcakes because the cupcake liners/wrappers are considered dangerous to the animals. Anybody know when this went into affect? Also, I am not for sure how/why this could be an endangerment to the animals. I mean, they are usually wrapped in paper liners and there are lots of paper products available around the park. Just curious as to what I may be missing and when this went into affect?

P.S. We stopped by the lodge on our way out and enjoy a Chocolate Butterfinger Cupcake and a Peanut Butter Brownie before heading home!

The Starbucks there had least 2 different ones last week. One that had an Animal Kingdom plaque and I believe the other was the Tamarin monkey

Kusifiri Coffee Shop and Bakery has cupcakes. It's a take out window. Thirsty River Bar and Trek snacks shows a cupcake on the menu at allears.net. Isle of Java is not showing cupcakes on the menu but I think they might have sold them in the past. And as someone mentioned, Creature Comforts (Starbucks) has cupcakes.
