Culinary Demonstration / Wine Tasting?

Does anyone know what day and around what time the Culinary Demonstration and/or Wine Tasting usually is aboard the 4 Day Wonder Cruise?

According to the older Navigators, both are on the Day at Sea. I think the Demo was in the morning (about 10 am) and the Tasting was late afternoon (about 4 pm). Check www.castawayclub.com and/or dcltribute.com.
