I stopped at a local produce stand yesterday and picked up some fresh veggies. Tonight is going to be a veggie dinner night. I picked up a few cucumbers to make a cucumber salad. I was just wondering what your favorite cucumber salad dressing might be. I don't have a standard dressing. This time I had a bit of blue cheese dressing in left the bottom of the bottle. I added a bit of water and poured it on the sliced cukes. Other times I have used mayonnaise and milk, sour cream, or just plain vinegar.

We always use a sweet-sour dressing. Vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper over cukes & onions. Sorry - no measurements

I like it with garlic salt, vinegar and oil.

1/2 ish cup of mayo (or a mayo-sour cream mix)
1/4 cup of cider vinegar
1 tbl. dried dill
1/4- 1/2 tps of garlic salt
salt and a lot of black pepper to taste.

This is a very low calorie dressing.

Buttermilk with fresh chopped dill, salt and pepper. Very good
