Cubs Den/childcare question

I received an email invite for a free offer at the WL Cubs Den for our upcoming trip. Does anyone know the security/checkin checkout process for resort childcare? Also, do the CMs who work there have to have a background check? My DD is only four so still considering it but she's very social and I think she'd like it.

Our children did Cub's Den and have done other childcare places on site. The parent that checks them in has to check them out. They take your phone number so they can call you with any issues.

Im super jealous of your free offer!!! We always have to pay $22/hour for our two girls....but they love going!!
