CttM Webbies?

I have enough points to cashout for a webbie at CttM, but it doesn't have a cash-out box for webbies on the cash-out page. It lists webbies, and then a note saying that a processing fee will be applied for webbie orders. How do I cash out for a webbie from CttM without that box there?

I've cashed out twice but both times were for Disney Dollars. You can always email Bonnie at CTTM. She's very good at responding to emails.
