I sent a customer service request in on Tuesday and I haven't had a response yet. :surfweb:

I don't want to be a pest and send it again if it normally does take a while for repsonses but if it's not normal then maybe I should re-send it ... :confused3

My fiance sent them one last week about a reward that he cashed out for last year. No response. Maybe she's on vacation ... dunno.

Incidentally, has anyone received a reward from CTTM recently? Maybe that would help to clear things up.
 
Maybe things are really busy with back to school :confused3

My kids start school on Wednesday, the 16th, so maybe she is just busy with that or like you said, maybe one last vacation before school starts.

I'll give it a couple more days I guess.

Did your fiance cash out last year and hasn't received the reward yet ... if I can be so nosey as to ask :blush:

He told me that he cashed out for a Paypal reward a month or two before the site shut down. When it reopened, he was told that they didn't have the Paypal option but that he could change it to something else. He e-mailed back saying he wanted DD$ but hasn't heard back since. He's e-mailed a couple of times since then so I'm not sure what's been happening. I'm curious if anyone else has received a reward from them since they've reopened.
