CSR Vs. PC WITH OUR 3YR OLD

I was hoping I could get a few opinions on planning a trip for our son. We stayed at Pop Century in Jan and are now planning a trip for Aug. at Coronado Springs. I've read a few comments that CSR is not kid friendly. Any comments? Should I switch

If we do stay at CSR which section is closest to the pool?

My suggestion, if you are looking to stay in a moderate resort, is POFQ. I believe this is the most "kid friendly" moderate resort on Disney property.

CSR will involve a lof of walking, as does all of Disney, but does not have the appeal to children's eyes as does POFQ or the parks. Asking a child to walk around MK all day is nothing like asking a child to walk around a resort and look at beautiful scenery.

In addition, in my opinion that is, the pool at POFQ is great for kids. (adults, too)

CSR is a great resort. I wouldn't switch. Cabana 8a is the closest to the pool followed by ranchos 7b. Cabana 9b is the closest to everything. There is a play area located right by the pool. Check out my website for pics and info.

I think that CSR is a great resort and I feel that it is kid friendly. While I have not taken my own DS there yet (he is only 10 months old), I have been there with many nieces and nephews. We have always stayed in Cabana 8A which is right next to the pool and to a bus stop. It is about a 5 minute walk to the main building/food court area. There is also a snack bar at the pool. I think that it has a nice play ground and kid pool--the main pool is great. Also, we really liked the bus service. We never waited more than 10 minutes tops for a bus anywhere. I can't wait to take my own son there!
