Anyone recently stay at CSR and rely solely on the buses? I'll be alone with my 2 dds the 1st week in Aug, and would like to know how the overall bus system is at CSR. From what I've read, the only problem will be getting to the boardwalk? Should I just take a cab or is there a way there or back that is doable?

Thanks

CSR never really has a huge demand for buses. I cant even remember the last time I've had anyone standing on my bus, although during peak peak times like a park exit, it might happen. Buses run every 15 minutes throughout the day. Pretty regular.

All Theme Park buses go in the order: 2 (Casitas), 3 (Ranchos), 4 (Cabanas), 1 (El Centro)... Downtown Buses go 1, 2, 3, 4. This is done so that if you're in the back you can hop any theme park bus to get to the front... and just hope a Downtown bus to get back to your area.

As for the Boardwalk, if you want, head over to the Studios (5 min ride), and then hop the boat to the Boardwalk. The boat will take longer than the bus ride. Or, just grab a cab... It's about a mile away, so I cant imagine the fare would be much.
