CSR to Ohana ADR?

I'm trying to help a friend get to her ADR at Ohana from the Coronado Springs Resort.

She is planning to take a bus from CSR to Magic KIngdom and get a bus to Poly. Is that even possible? Is there a bus to the Poly? I know the monorail is an option. Is there a boat from MK to Poly?

Is there a better way than going to MK?

For either a dinner or breakfast ADR, bus to MK and either monorail or boat to Poly.
There is not a bus from MK to Poly.
Allow 60 to 90 min travel time.
