CSR to MK for 8:05 CRT breakfast

How should I get there? ME or cab? If cab where should I ask to be taken to? Thanks!

ME only runs between the airport and the resorts.

You can take the regular bus. If you do, you'll need to be at the bus stop by 7:00.

You can also take a cab to MK, but I think they actually drop off at the TTC, so you'll still need to take the monorail or the ferry to the park. You could also take a cab to the Contemporary and walk to MK. Either way, I would leave the hotel by 7:15.

Between the two, I would just take the bus.

Thanks for the response. I am a little nervous about the bus because in sept we had a 705 at chef Mickey and checked with the front desk at pofq the night before was told to be at bus stop for 615 well we were and no bus came! By 645 I sent my hubby in to check and the manager called a cab for us. We barely made our ADR. The resort picked up the tab for the cab. I just don't want to be out there waiting for a bus then if it doesn't come have the stress of rushing for a cab... So I thought a cab from the beginning might be better. But didn't know if he could just drop us off at the contemporary or what. I don't mind walking from contemporary if u think this is best.

The buses start at 6:30 every morning, but sometimes they don't arrive at the resort until 6:45ish. The front desk gave you bad advise; I definitely would take a cab for a 7:05 reservation, but for an 8:05 reservation, the bus is a safe choice.

If you really want to take a cab, I would take it to the Contemporary and walk.

Fastest way - YES do the cab ride.....

From CSR request a cab for 7 AM pick up.Then you will be on your way to your breakfast by 7:10 AM.

Ask to be driven to CR (Contemporary Resort).
Ask to be dropped off by the parking lot entrance to CR.
You should arrive at CR by 7:30 AM.

Then WALK to MK - there is a sidewalk across the street from the CR parking lot which will lead to to the MK entrance - about a 5 minute walk.
You will see MK on your right and the monorail slightly above you and on your right.

When you get to the MK entrance gates - stay to the left side - Check in with the CM. You will need your tickets, ADR #, your name and time for CRT (8:05).
The CM's will let you into MK for your 8:05 CRT by 7:45 AM.

Bring your camera. You will get some great pictures of a mostly empty MK.

Thanks pooh2001. I think I will do the cab just to be safe. That was not a good feeling being nervous about missing the cm ADR! Any idea what it might cost for the cab? Hubby gave the other cab driver a big tip since the French quarter was paying for it! 30.00 with tip for pofq to contemporary! I'm figuring 20.00 should cover it (csr to cont)?
