CSR renovated rooms?

We've headed to CSR for the first time in 2 weeks time, we're hoping for the Casitas's section but are there rooms in the hotel that have been recently refurbished?

We've headed to CSR for the first time in 2 weeks time, we're hoping for the Casitas's section but are there rooms in the hotel that have been recently refurbished?

My understanding is that the refurbishment on rooms, etc., will start in October. We have stayed in the Casitas on all six of our visits and we have never had an issue with a room being not up to par. We've had a burned out light bulb and a ceiling fan not working on one trip, but within five minutes of a phone call, someone was there to fix it.
