We've stayed at Coronado three times previously but the last was six years ago (Feb 2010). Have there been many changes to the Pepper Market since that time. We've found it to be a mixed bag with some very good food and some rather average/sub par offerings.
Also, is the mandatory 10% tip for being shown to your table and getting you a drink still in place?
