CSR experts - please, I need help with room ?????

Hi -

We are planning a 7 night stay in October and I have a few questions - it will be myself, DH and DS(6).

I believe with the research that I have done so far we are interested in the cabanas section.

1. Which is the "prefered" building, how much extra does it cost and is it worth the cost?

2. Has anybody ever gotten a free upgrade to the "prefered" building?

3. Are king beds available in the cabanas section?

4. Has anybody ever gotten a roll-a-way? If so how much did it cost and did it make the room way too crowded?

Cabana 9b is the most preferred. It is considered waterview so it's $16.00 more per night.

2. Has anybody ever gotten a free upgrade to the "prefered" building?

Yes, I have read for other guests that they have received free upgrades and I have as well but you can count on it to happen.

3. Are king beds available in the cabanas section?

Yes

4. Has anybody ever gotten a roll-a-way? If so how much did it cost and did it make the room way too crowded?

I've read that guests have gotten them and also that guests have used air mattresses. Plenty of room for the air matress by the door.
