CSR Best Rooms?

Headed to CSR in 2 weeks....on some posts people like the Casitas because of the great bus options.....stayed in one a few years ago and it was great. We drive....so bus' arent a factor....I wanted to try the Cabanas 8/9 because theyre close to the big pool and short walk to the food court...but wonder how the construction of the Tower is affecting noise? And I think Cabanas 8 was recently remodeled? Any thoughts? TIA

We've stayed there twice both times in Cabanas and I really like that area. It's close to the pool and not too far from the main area and there is a bus stop right there. It is the second to the last stop so rarely is the bus full. From what I understand, Casitas is getting a bit more noise now because of the tower being built. We didn't notice any noise in Cabanas.
