CSI Las Vegas season ending**warning , spoiler **

Just wanted to know why the CSI warrick was shot at the end ??

does that mean he is not returning next season ?

Gary Dourdan (sp?) who played Warrick is not coming back next season. He announced a few weeks ago that he was planning to leave, then got arrested and is having some legal troubles right now.

He was fired from CSI, but got to go out in a fantastic way as an actor. He will not be back.

IRL, he has a drug problem.
