CS & TS: Are they flexible with substitutions?

How flexible are the CS & TS places with substitutions?

I am allergic to several fruits (pineapple, kiwi, strawberries), but I love fruit cups. Would a CS place make me a fruit cup with just melon and grapes & omit the other fruits for me?

CS Places are all pre-packaged, they come in a little black container with a clear top (at least they did in March of 2008)

TS may put them together on-site, if you don't have your allergies noted on your ADR's, let your server know when you're seated.

Most Counter Service resturants have packaged grapes for the kids meals. I have had that substituted before.

I have never had a problem at any of the table services when advising allergeys.

Now, what about sandwich substitutions? I saw somewhere that they have a turkey panini with bacon, but I don't like bacon. Will they make one for me minus the bacon? I think it's at Pinnochio's Haus in MK.

I've never run into problems asking for substitutions/omissions. (And trust me, I ask for plenty of them!) The only problem I could see is with prepackaged items.

Like a PP mentioned, you will definitely want to mention your allergies on your ADRs, so you can avoid cross-contamination during food prep.
