CS suggestions

I am looking for some CS suggestions for the 4 parks. When we went last year, I don't think we did a good job planning on CS meals and ate is some pretty awful places. (I was so concerned with TS that I didn't put the same effort into CS.)

I guess I just figured that one place was as good as the next. I'm sure that this is NOT true. I would appreciate any suggestions so I can at least narrow down the CS choices when we are in the parks and have a shot at a decent meal!

MK - Pecos Bill, Cosmic Ray and Columbia Harbor House

DHS - Backlot Express or Studio Catering (the weakest of the parks)

DAK - Flame Tree

Epcot - (the strongest of the parks) Sommerfest, Sunshine Seasons, Tangierine Cafe, Cantina de San Angel and the English pavilion (forgot the name).

MK - Columbia House or Cosmic Rays

EPCOT - Yakitori (so many good choices around this park)

MGM - Rosies or Backlot

Animal Kingdom - Pizzafari (i've read good things about yak and yeti,too)

MK - Cosmic Rays, you cannot go wrong with this place there is so much to choose from. Burgers, hot dogs, chicken, ribs, soups, salads and sandwiches...so good and they have CHEESE SAUCE!

HS - we cannot find anything good CS wise to eat at this park. On a HS day we plan a huge early breakfast and a huge later dinner and if we get hungry in between we will snack on a pretzel or fruit from the many fruit stands in the park

AK - Love Flame Tree BBQ but I really want to try Y&Y CS since we really liked their TS

EPCOT - oh my where do I begin? Sunshine Seasons is great, awesome soups and salads, great pastries. Tangierine Cafe in Morocco is my favorite, the meatball and saffron rice platter is DH's fav and I drool at the thought of the falafel wrap and couscous. China has very good shrimp fried rice and the battered fish in England was fantastic!
