CS/SC Breakfast in Parks?

What are some good CS or SC options for breakfast in the parks? We are planning cereal in our room most mornings, but I'm thinking we might need a little something more to make it until lunch. I've noticed a lot of places don't open until 11am or so.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Main Street Bakery in MK has tons of pastries and such, french toast loaf and ham egg and cheese croissants plus fruit cups and yogurt parfaits.

Sunshine Seasons in the Land at Epcot has breakfast platters, bacon egg and cheese croissants, pastries and fruit.

I personally like getting Cream Cheese filled Prezels at MK but they don't always have them out right away.

I had great breakfast last xmas week at Cosmic Ray's in MK and Pizzafari in AK. Had scrambled eggs, biscuits, bacon, potatoes all very good and hot. Pizzafari also had a great looking egg sandwich and breakfast pizza. I used cs from our ddp, it was after emh at both parks after we had toured (around 9:30am). Didn't know these served breakfast, but they were pleasant surprise! It was xmas week, so they may not serve breakfast all the time, but they both had full menus posted.
