CS questions

We have the dining plan. I have ADRs for all of our TS meals already, but I've been trying to figure out our CS meals. All of our TS meals are buffets (my son is a very picky eater and it's easier this way, and they're character meals too, added bonus). Two are breakfasts and the others are a lunch and two dinners. On the breakfast days I'm guessing we'll fill up enough in the morning that we can get by with a snack or two until dinner and then I'll use the CS credits. But on the two days we have the buffets for the other meals, I'm wondering what would be the best use of our CS credits. The days we're having dinner, would we be better off using our CS credits at the resort for breakfast and then having snack lunches or would we get too hungry? The day we had the lunch buffet, would we be so full from lunch to not want to use the CS credit for dinner?

Thanks for any advice. I'm sure I'm overthinking this, but I like to be prepared beforehand.

Depends on what time your meals are. If you are doing an early dinner, use your CS for breakfast and snack for lunch. If you are doing a late dinner, you might want to have a light breakfast and then a bigger CS lunch.

The good things about the CS credits is you can use them as long as the food court is open, which is usually until 10 or 11. So, if you have a big lunch and don't want dinner at 7:00, have it at 9:00 or after returning from the parks. Can't help you much more than that, sorry!

The one thing I did learn after our first trip, if you don't have a adr until late lunch or dinner make sure to eat breakfast at the resort. We would leave the resort thinking we would just eat at the park, and it never worked that easily. Kids always got sidetracked, seen a short character line....several of the first trip mistakes. Then with the ddp we didn't always no where to go or where anything was, so that added to everything.
