CS or CBR

We will be taking a trip at the end of October.
It will be My DH and I plus out 2 boys 9 and 5

DH and I have stayed at POFQ and LOVED it... but we wanted to stay somewhere different this time.

We wanted to stay with the Moderates ... so... what are your thoughts...

Which would you prefer and why.

My DS -5 has some mild Asthma. So that might be something to consider.

I prefer CSR because of the great transportation, awesome pool and slide and great food choices. CSR is a large resort with 4 bus stops and CBR is an even larger resort with 7 bus stops.

CBR will have the new Pirates pool and slide. CBR is a beautiful resort. Most people do not find the walking bad at all at CBR. Having more bus stops means less walking to get to the bus. You might want to check out the CBR FAQ thread. Link is listed below.

MY DH and I prefer the CSR because of the themeing, food court, pool (quiet pools and dig site), the spa, the landscaping, etc. Be sure to check out Buzz's website on the CSR for helpful hints: http://coronado_springs.tripod.com

ive done both & right now my fav is CSR!!!!

the pepper market was awesome & so was the pool!!!

i loved the decor to!!

My DS6 loved the pool at CS. My DW and I loved the scenic landscaping.

The main pool at CBR is supposed to be closed for rehab until September.

We have not stayed at CBR, but we love CSR! Less than 9 weeks until we are there again!

I perfer CBR. It was built before Disney got "cheap" so that means bigger rooms and my "standard" view is NOT full parking lot.

(Plus they never tried to get me to "live with a room" with now power like the front desk at CSR LOL!)

CSR is very nice, but it's hot enough in Florida without staying in a resort themed like the DESERT! Plus I despise the food court there.

Do you mean like CBR having no elevators? I for one I'm glad WDW didn't follow the CBR model and added them The extra 26 sq feet isn't like you have another bedroom.

But there are resorts of everyone's liking...I think.

The lack of elevators never bothered me at CBR. If there is a reason you need an elevator there are plenty of first floor rooms available. I don't like waiting for elevators when I can walk.
