CS opening times? Need advice!

Part of my "touring plan" includes eating at off-times. For instance, on days we will be having lunch in the parks, I would love to have lunch at 10am! A couple of our days are late dinners, so if we could have a snack before the parks, then eat early, I thought that would work out well.

When I looked at menus on the DIS, most of them say hours "vary with park hours", but Pizzafari, for example says it serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Any ideas on this? Are many of them open early? Don't really care if it's breakfast or lunch food (though DD definitely prefers lunch).

I know that we ate lunch at 10 or 10.30 a couple of days. I seem to remember Cosmic Rays opening 10.30 and Yak & Yeti CS. Most places start serving lunch at 11 and we almost always ate at that time. It was usually quiet. The opening times were on the park map/times guide

I know for sure that we have had lunch around 10.30am at Pecos Bill's in MK. For the first few days of a Florida vacation especially, we are up and about at around 5am (due to the time difference) and I'm always starving by 10am!

The latest a counter service location opens for lunch would be 11:30 AM and one location which has that opening time is the Liberty Inn at the America Pavilion at World Showcase in Epcot.
