Epcot: Sunshine Seasons has a huge selection of standard American fare, like sandwiches and salads. There is something for everyone. Electric Umbrella has the usual Disney burgers and chicken, and is across from the Edy's ice cream shop for a tasty dessert. In World Showcase, the American pavilion has food your family is probably used to. The CS restaurants at Mexico and China also have pretty standard "Americanized" Mexican and Chinese food, so if your family likes Mexican or Chinese take-out, they might find something to their liking. The bakery in France is also quite good.
Resorts: Well, that's a pretty tall order! There are a LOT of resort options. Like a previous poster said, check out All Ears for some menus. All the resorts have food courts or snack bar type options with pizza, burgers, etc. We really like Gasparilla Grill and Games at Grand Floridian, and the patio outside has a nice view of the MK fireworks.
