CS Dining Plan? Anyone know why?

I have read about the counter-service plan but when I was pricing a January vacation I was not given the option to choose it. Anyone know why?

It begins on Jan. 11. If your dates are before that, it won't be available.

Okay...that would be why. The dates I put in started the 4th. Thanks for the info.
