CS closing times on MNSSHP nights

Does anyone know whether the CS locations that are NOT open during the party stay open right until MK closing time of 7 p.m. or whether they close in advance of that time? We're hoping to grab a CS dinner at Columbia Harbor House around 5 - 6 p.m.

We did MVMCP in Dec 05 and although I can't tell you for sure about CHH, I know some of them were open because we arrived at about 5:45 and went straight to Casey's for dinner. We thought they would be open straight through (since they are one of the cs locations open during the party) but they did close at 6:00; only to reopen a short time later. My guess is you'd be safe... but they might be very crowded. Casey's was, everyone wanted to make the most of their last few minutes in the park.
