Are there any good CS breaksfast options in any of the parks? What would be your favorite?

I am partial to the oatmeal at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot, but then I am an oatmeal girl

Well, and it's about three bucks so it's a win-win...

we like the main street bakery MK and sunshine seasons at Epcot... a good "plan" is to get to the land asap, fastpass soarin', ride it once, eat b'fast, and ride it again... also ride livin' w/the land and see circle of life!

Starring Rolls bakery at DHS is pretty good too.
