CS breakfasts?

In planning our Sept / Oct trip w/ free dining, I know we are talking about A LOT of food! On past WDW trips (stayed offsite), we just had a big breakfast and then a snack or 2 in the parks to hold us over until dinner. Looking at the listings of CSs in the parks, though, it doesn't seem that many offer breakfast. I am talking about things like maybe breakfast burritos, quiche, egg sandwhiches, etc. Can someone tell me where we might find some CS breakfast in each of the parks? Alternately, if there is no breakfast (CS), how early do the CS start serving lunch?

Here's the ones I know of -

MK - Main Street Bakery: they have quiche, and other options besides baked goods

AK - Tusker House

MGM - ABC Commissary

Epcot - Electric Umbrella



We tend to eat breakfast at the resort.
