Where is the best CS breakfast in EACH park and why??? What about CS at the resorts???

Depends on what you like
We don't stop for breakfast most days, prime time and all.

MK is easy- Main Street Bakery.
Boardwalk area same thing, the Bakery.

Poly has Tonga Toast at the pool, Captain Cook's I think.

I like sweet breakfasts.

I was going to mention the Poly also -- Captain Cook's is in the Great Ceremonial House, and they have the famed Tonga Toast (stuffed French toast) from the Kona Cafe sit-down restaurant.

I like the croissant sandwiches at the Main Street Bakery. Starring Rolls at DHS is ok for sweet rolls. I remember getting a good cinnamon roll at Kusafari Bakery at AK, but I'm not sure if they still have those since Tusker House changed into a TS restaurant and the building format changed. At Epcot, we don't eat CS until World Showcase opens -- lots of good options at the French and Norwegian bakeries.

I did enjoy Boardwalk Bakery, and the beignets at POFQ. And for whatever reason, they had really good pancakes at Roaring Forks in the WL. I don't really even like pancakes, but I ate them almost every day during one trip.

MSB in MK
SS in EP
Pizzafari In AK
Staring Rolls in HS
I think resort CS are basically the same except for Capt Cook

You could also try picking up pastries at the French Patisserie in Epcot in the evening and eating them for b'fast in your resort the next morning.
