CS at Yacht Club

We are staying at the YC in May and usually have a quick CS breakfast before heading out to the parks. We aren't huge breakfast people, so we aren't picky about our food, but I'm not seeing any CS options at all at the YC. There's the BC Marketplace, but I don't know how far of a walk that is? How do most people handle breakfast at the YC?

Also, where does one fill up their refillable mugs at the YC/BC?

There isn't a counter service at Yacht Club. They serve a continental breakfast in the Ale & Compass lounge but this probably is limited to baked goods, cereal, maybe some fruit. I do not believe they have any hot breakfast options, unless they're selling oatmeal or something. They do accept the dining plan CS for the continental breakfast. You might also be able to use a snack credit if all you want is a pastry. You'd need to ask.

You can refill the mugs at the Beaches & Cream carryout, or at Hurricane Hanna's.

They have buns, muffins, bagels, cereal, etc. A toaster is available for the toast and bagels. Also have milk, juices, coffee, tea, etc.
We grab a muffin and juice and eat out on the porch in the rockers.

Seldom any line, unlike at the Marketplace, and Ale & Compass opens at 6 allowing plenty of time to get to AM EMHs.

When we stayed at the YC, I didnt know about the Ale and Compass! Where is it located??

I believe it is located next to Yachtsman Steakhouse - if they're not right next to each other, they're on the same corridor.

Can't miss it. It is the alcove directly off of the main lobby. It is Crews Cup that is next to the steakhouse.
Ale and Compass is the alcove to your left as you face toward the lake in the lobby between the hallway to the convention center and Captains Grille.
