I have read that you can have 3 items here for 1 cs meal. We are 2 adults & 1 child. Does that mean we can have 9 items or is it different for the child cs. Also would we be allowed to use 2 cs for 3 of us.

When I was there in Dec., it was 1 savory/1 sweet/1 drink or 2 sweet/1 drink per CS credit. When I was there, there was no distinction between adult and child credits. However, they don't have a child's menu, so I would think that the child has the same choices. Also, I don't see any problem with the 3 of you using 2 CS credits. The day we left, we had one CS left so we got 2 pastries to go along with a diet coke for the road. We shared the diet coke and we each had a pastry. I have read that sharing is discouraged, but not against rules.

On our last trip my youngest son was not quite 3, so he did not have any credits of his own. We shared sometimes 2 CS meals with all of us, occassionally using a snack credit for another beverage. We never had a problem with that. (and we made more than one breakfast stop at Mainstreet Bakery. It was awesome!)

From what I remember, they didn't distinguish between adult and kids at MSB. It was all the same, 1 beverage and two bakery choices. Since I found myself addicted to the french toast loaf, I'm not sure what alot of the other choices were. I know we got juice, coffee, bagels, croissants, toast etc... They had fruit too. I'm thinking they had some breakfast sandwiches, but don't quote me, because I don't like eggs. I'm not a big breakfast person, so I thought it was a great use of CS, instead of trying to get the boys to eat some lukewarm eggs off a paper plate on the go. Plus DH always has to stop for coffee. Hope this helps!

For breakfast, they had crossaint sandwiches with egg, cheese, and sausage or ham or bacon. I thought they were really good. I think they had other breakfast savory choices, but I knew I wanted the crossaint so I really didn't pay any attention to the other savory items. For lunch, they had sandwiches but I don't remember what they were except that they didn't appeal to me. For sweet, they have cinnamon roles, turnovers, eclairs, yogurt parfaits, plain crossaints, chocolate crossaints, different cakes ... They had a lot of choices. For your beverage, you can choose a soft drink, a smoothie, or a frozen latte. They may had had other choices, but I know those three were included. The items that could be used for snack credit as well as CS are indicated with a "DP" beside the item. Everything we had at MSB was so yummy.

I did a take out CS at the end of the day. For the CS I was able to get: Mozz Cheese/Tomato on Focacia Bread Sandwich, Cinnamon Roll and a drink. Everything DELICIOUS, we will definitely be going back this December!

Justwanted to add that CS is like take out. Once you pay, you can give the food to whomever you wish.

:thumbsup2

Often, part of a family will grab a table while others get in line for the food, so they're used to one person buying food for several. Don't worry about encountering resistance to any sharing at CS meals--there won't be any

As of now, CS credits aren't split between adults and children, so it wouldn't matter "whose" credits you used. Rumor has it they will soon be divided, though, so if they are at the time of your trip, you'll want to: a) check to see if they have a separate kids' menu, and (assuming they don't) b) let the cashier know you're using 1 adult and one child credit.

Since we will have 3A/1C on our next trip, I'm planning on my dd and ds sharing an adult CS for lunch most days and using most of our child CS credits for breakfasts, particularly at places in the parks like the MSB. I think it will make a great mid-morning snack for them while still saving most of our snack credits for real treats, like dole whips, school bread and mickey ice cream bars.
