Please tell me I am wrong. I read somewhere that Crystal Palace is no longer part of the breakfast dining plan. We always found this to be the best interaction and meal. :confused3:eek:

Thanks Wayneg.:thumbsup2 What is Tusker House like? Our son is 11 and loves the characters.

Never been, August will be first visit.
We are not breakfast eaters so a bit of a waste of credits for us.
Not impressed with CP food, characters never came around to us in August we had to have a word to get characters to the table.
Done O'hana breakfast very basic and again we only saw Lilo & Stitch left without seeing Mickey. Won't go back there again.
Best we have had so far is Chef Mickey's great character interaction and enjoyed the food.

Like look of Tusker house, Menu here and there are You tube videos http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.ID=267
One clip here, after about 5 mins they show you around the buffet, not great but gives you an idea http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nV0HT0WM6XI

We really like Tusker House - make sure you try the hand carved ham (over to the right as you walk in) its amazing!

Always had good character interaction except Donald is outside with no autographs. Timing was good last time as we had nearly finished eating and then all the characters came round. I hate it when you keep getting interrupted when eating.

We have had pre-rope drop twice and last time we went at 10.15 and the food was hot and fresh every time. And our last server was excellent - always there when needed but not in the way and was really good talking to DD.

We did a Tusker House breakfast last year and loved it, the food was excellent. Good character interaction too, as well as having our photo with Donald outside the restaurant we had Mickey, Goofy and Daisy come around during our meal. Loved getting photos of the characters in their safari gear too :)

Glad I saw this thread - it just reminded me to book our ADR at CP for our first day in WDW in February 2012. :thumbsup2

We got a bit freaked out as the list on the disney website has a few places missing off next years list. Teppan Edo being one.

Tusker house was a big hit with us this year. We were lucky that it was pouring with rain so donald was inside and we got plenty time to take photos.

Food wise the selection I though was much better than CP though we like it there too.

Service great and the characters were all fantastic.

DH is wanting to book it for our trip next year and we might do a breakfast and a dinner.
