Anyone know of a designer who has The Crystal Palace autograph pages?

Hi. If you go to the thread simple guide to making autograph book page 1 and scroll down there is a list of designers that make dining autograph pages. I know there are at least three versions to choose from in the 4x6 size and at least one 8x8 that I LOVE. If you can't find them let me know. Good luck. Just wondering when you're going. I'll be there Oct. 23 for dinner.
