Just returned from a week at the world and had breakfast Friday at the CP. We look forward to this every trip--I guess it's tradition. We were very disappointed with the changes. The wonderful puffed french toast is still wonderful, but served on the kids bar along with breakfast pizza. The character waffles are now on the main line and very different in taste and looks. The bacon was not the WDW bacon we expect--it was the thin, greasy cheap kind. Anyway, the food was still good, just not what we have come to expect. This is the only table service meal we had all week at WDW, and based on the changes, I'm glad it was the only one. Have all the places gone downhill like CP? Or did we catch it on a bad day? Check in was a nightmare--the line stretched over the whole porch-- and they just seemed disorganized about getting people in the restaurant. They even quit giving out beepers and would just walk around yelling out names. Our ADR was for 10:25 and we are usually out of there by 11:30 for the lunch crowd. Not so this time, as we were seated pretty late. Well, thanks for letting me vent. It's sad to see such a great place doing the down hill slide.

Sorry you did not enjoy it. We go here every trip and the food is consistantly great.

We are always given a pager but they CM's call out our names anyways. The porch and the area in front of the restaurant are always loaded with people

We were there a couple weeks ago and got beepers.

The puffed french toast was on the kids bar, which I, too, thought was odd. They were slow about refilling it, too. Very slow. Grrr.

Had the same deal as you with the time. Got a 10:25 seating, but weren't seated until around 11:00. When we went back for seconds, half the buffet was lunch and the other half wasn't really stocked. Kinda ticked us off. I've had late breakfasts there before - often - and not had that experience.

Only one character stopped by, too. And we were so hoping to see Tigger. :(

It wasn't a terrible breakfast, but I thought we caught them on an off day. I hope this isn't happening EVERY day.

The puffed french toast is my fave and I really did not care where they had it on the buffet, but like you, they were SLOW to put any there. We did get to see all the characters, but it seemed rushed. I, too, hope this is not happening every day.
