Crystal Palace Ratatouille recipe

My last trip to the Crystal Palace last Nov/Dec, they offered a dish that was so good that I just kept going back for that and skipped all the other selections. The dish was Ratatouille. It had a number of different vegetables et.el. eggplant, squash, peppers, onions etc... Would anyone have the recipe for this dish?

Would really appreciate anyone who can send it to me.
