Crystal Palace question

Have never eaten there and we are going to be at WDW in August. Thought I read recently that CP will now have walk-in service in addition to ADR's. Is that correct and can you get breakfast or lunch there without doing a character meal?

You are confusing Crystal Palace and The Plaza. The Plaza only accepts walk ups except between 11 am - noon. Crystal Palace is strictly a character buffet and takes ADR's. A walk up there is highly unlikely.

There will always be characters at the meals. Whether you want to take a photo, get an autograph, say hello, or just ignore them is completely up to you.

I have not heard anything about walk up at CP, especially since its nearly impossible to get a reservation at a good time. The Plaza at MK is now walk up, but I dont think CP is.
