Crystal Palace Late Breakfast Questions

I booked a 10:30 a.m. Crystal Palace breakfast reservation for our upcoming trip, but I am wondering about the breakfast/lunch transition since the website states that breakfast ends at 10:45 and lunch starts at 11:00 a.m. How late is breakfast food actually available-do they clear it away at 10:45 a.m. or is it left out until later? Is it likely to be picked over by 10:30-10:45 or do they refill breakfast items until the official end of the breakfast time? Is there a chance we would not be seated in time to actually get the breakfast food with a 10:30 reservation? We will have to go through the buffet in shifts once seated, as we will have a 2 year old with us. We are looking forward to trying several of the breakfast offerings and would hate for anything to be out. And finally, are we able to eat from the lunch items when they put those out if we are still eating/hungry or would they then upcharge us to the lunch price?

We generally schedule a late BF too, and there has always been enough BF food. However, they usually close off one side to pepare for lunch but keep the one BF side stocked. At least that's been our experience. We have not been since they recently restarted BF though but we did this a lot pre-closure. Hopefully this is still the same process.

We had breakfast at 1030 last month. They keep one side open with breakfast items and the lunch items went on the other side. At 11am we tried the lunch items. Not sure when they started taking the breakfast items away but we left around 1115 and it seemed pretty full of items still.

I've done a late breakfast buffet before and I would advise to show up 15-20 minutes before your alotted time in case they can seat you then. Your chances of a better experience are greater!
