Is there a special kids buffet and do they have to eat off of it or is it optional? I looked at the kids selections on the menu and there were only a few things ds8 will eat. He doesn't do PB&J and macaroni and cheese that is listed under kids but he would eat the shrimp and other meat that is listed under adult section.

THanks!!

There is no such thing as a "kids buffet" or even an "adult buffet" at Disney. They have buffets with one section lower to the floor which has on it items that kids tend to enjoy (such as pizza, hot dogs, chicken strips, mac & cheese, etc.). Any person at the buffet (including children less than age three who are free) can get anything from any part of the buffet.

As others posted, everything on the buffet is fair game. This is one of our favorite buffets. Be sure to leave room for dessert. They are great! My DD7 asks to go back to this one each and every trip. The parade with Pooh and Friends is a lot of fun too.

My son doesn't keep the typical kids food thats why he loves buffet b/c he eats at the adult section. You can get from both sections.
