I was able to call and get in a PS for Crystal Palace for next week while we are at MK. The reservation is for 11:50 do you think that is to early and how is the Crystal Palace?? I tried to do a search and the function wasn't working.

The CP is one of our favorite places to eat. We'll be there in a few weeks, and we are eating there for a late lunch, and also for dinner on July 4. My family enjoys it!

My family always enjoys the CP character lunch with Pooh & Friends. You will have a blast. Hopefully you can get a seat by the window and have a great view of the castle!

My daughter (10) and I just ate there for the first time on Sunday, 5/25/03. We loved it. She was quite impressed with the pasta dishes. The chicken was delicious. We both loved the dessert bar. I have not doubt that the Crystal Palace will become a tradition for all future visits.

Enjoy your stay!!

We've always found good food at the CP and enjoy the atmosphere.

As to whether or not 11:50 is too early, that just depends on your family. Are you planning another large meal later in the day, or are you planning to just have counter-service or snacks later? If this is your one main meal for the day, you may want to make it a little later.

But not too late . . . you don't want to be eating lunch while everyone else is claiming parade spots for the 3:00 parade!!

IMPO the eariler the better. We like to have the earlierst PS because we usually end up back out into the park as everyone else is eating, or those only staying a 1/2 day are leaving. Right after an early lunch is usually a good time to hit some of the attractions that get jammed right at opening.

If you plan to arrive at park opening and cover the attractions in Fantasy Land and the area surrounding the crystal palace--jungle cruise, pirates, magic carpets, and tiki birds you should be ready for a good air conditioned break by that time. CP is one of my favorite places to have lunch and really a must do eery family vacation. I have about the same time planned for my June vacation! Go and have a great time!
