Well we are going to MVMCP on Nov 12 and were not able to get our favorite restaurants in Magic Kingdom so we settled for Crystal Palace before the party. That was our only table service available.
Has any had dinner there lately?

The food is just ok. We ate there in December, and wouldn't go back. We might try breakfast, but wouldn't do dinner again.

We felt like the food at the QS restaurant at Grand Floridian was better than CP! A good option at MK is Columbia Harbor House. It's QS, but very fresh.

The dinner is ok. Characters are fun. We've done dinner several times for convenience and to see characters. Breakfast is our fav.

I dislike buffets and Disney ones are no exception to this. I would rather do a QS dinner rather than a buffet dinner.

I will do breakfast buffets to let my daughter get her character fix in without waiting in long lines.

I've only done it once and that was in July 2014. It's not the best Disney dinner I've had but it wasn't bad either. Is a buffet so there is something for everyone and it's good. I liked the character interaction better than the food Tigger was great.

This is one of the few buffets my 3 older teens requested. They enjoyed the food and the character interaction here is the best we have had (1900 Park Fair was a close second but food not as good). Chef Mickeys is also good but seemed to be less character interaction and more crowded so we replaced it with Boma this trip. We are not big breakfast eaters so can't comment on those character meals. We haven't been since 2009 so hope they aren't disappointed.

My kids request this every time we go. It is a buffet, so it is alright. The characters are always fun.

We love CP breakfast, but aren't fans of dinner there. On party days, we tend to eat TS for lunch and then CS for dinner so we don't miss party time. Any chance you'd have better TS options at lunch time? Will LTT be open by then?

We did this last Fall before MNSSHP - character interaction was fantastic! My youngest DD enjoyed parading around! We have super fun pics with Tigger!
Flip side, DH will not eat there again because food wasn't good enough in his opinion.
We all filled up but it was standard buffet food. Kids enjoyed it characters and food!
