Can someone tell me what Crystal Palace has for breakfast and what the hours are ? The allearsnet site just says it's typical breakfast food. I've heard people talk about having "breakfast at 11am" or so, but we have reservations for lunch at 11:35. Is breakfast a better meal ? Is it worth giving up the dessert buffet for lunch ? Right now we have 2 suppers and 1 lunch reserved there (due to picky eaters).

This group has already helped with a lot of my questions - thank you !

Wierd because I thought I read an amazing review there once, now there isn't much info at all. Here on the Dis you can find reviews at

We have ressies here for the breakfast the first day of our trip and I am really excited about it :flower: !! Most people really rave about it!

Have fun!

I ate breakfast there in May. Let me see if I can remember what they had: fruit, muffins, Pooh and tigger waffles, cheese pizza, coffee cakes, frittatas, biscuits and sausage, hash browns, made to order omlets, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, breakfast lasagna, etc. I would give up the desserts for the breakfast lasagna in a heartbeat.

We ate dinner there in January and personally I preferred the breakfast. Make an early ADR and you can get some great pictures of your family in front of the castle with no one else in them. Entering MK when the park is that empty is simply an amazing experience.

The breakfast at the Crystal Palace is my absolute favorite. :sunny: I like to have a 8:05am reservation so I can enter the Magic Kingdom before it's open to the public. :cool1:
For breakfast there's: Pooh and Piglet waffles, cheese pizza, puffed french toast, pancakes, breakfast lasagna (it's a layering of waffles, pancakes, cake and berries), fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, frittata, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheesy hash browns, walnut crumb cake, raspberry crumb cake, cereals, made to order pancakes, blueberry muffins, chocolate muffins, croissants.
I have a photographic memory of the Crystal Palace buffet. :rotfl:

The character interaction is very good. There's Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore. Pooh even starts a parade around the restaurant and the kids follow him. (it's SO cute :goodvibes ) Service is wonderful too.

Thanks - that sounds really good. I'm more interested in the food than the characters because my daughter is scared of anyone dressed up.

NOW - can I get from Pop Century to Crystal Palace by 7am or so for breakfast ? Will the bus be running that early ?

We ate there in May and it was great- if you DD is afraid of the characters though beware! The tables are close together so she will probably be very close to them while they are seeing others! Make sure you gat an ADR we had ours at 805 and there was a very long line to check in both at the park gate and the restaurant! I can't wait to do it again !! The kids loved the food and the characters!!
