The family wants to eat breakfast with Winnie the Pooh. Since I have to make my ADR's next week and Disney hasn't released park hours, I don't know when the EMH is for MK. I'm wondering if you can make an ADR before the official park opening at 9am

Yes you can make ADRs for CP for as early as 8:00 a.m. If you are successful, just keep an eye out to make sure they don't change park hours on you. As for EMH, they are NORMALLY the same days of the week, but they do change them occasionally.

Thats what I'm afraid of I know they continue to make changes to the park hours. Looking at a few of the weeks before we go there doesn't seem to be any morning EMH for the 5 days we are there.

Depending on the days you're going, that could very well be true. Seems like MK only has one morning EMH during any week lately, so if you're not there on that day, there may not be one. You can hedge your bets and get an ADR for multiple days then cancel once the time gets closer.

morning EMH is typically Friday lately at MK. As mentioned they could switch, but it's been Friday for a while.
