Can anyone tell me what is on the breakfast buffet? I can not find on the Disney menu. I like French toast, hubby like waffles, kids love pancakes, we all like omlets and bacaon.. Hopefully all this is on it, otherwise where should we go?

You should absolutely go. All of the breakfast basics are there as well as some more interesting choices. The breakfast at CP is one of our family favorites. :goodvibes

The last time we did CP for breakfast was about 3 years ago. I thought it was awesome, and had everything you could possibly want . Great character interaction too :)

This sounds good. We were going to go to Chef Mickey's for breakfast, but now I am thinking it would be fun to get to CP before park opening and be done with breakfast when the park opens. If we wanted to do that what time should we make the ADR for with a 9:00 a.m. MK opening? Could we get transportation from WL that early?? :cheer2: :cheer2:

Thanks!

We always make it a point on each trip to plan a breakfeast at CP as close to 8:00 as we can. This gets you into the park before the crowds and get to have mainstreet basically to yourself. It is very hard to get a time right at 8 so usually we get about 8:30. It is also very hard to get in and finished before the 9:00 opening.

As far as transportation, the busses run early but to be there by 8 you need to be at the bus stop a little after 7. Think about a taxi. We always have a car and drive to the TTC. You then need to take the Mono rail to the MK.

It is a great time so have fun.

Wonderful Buffet.

There is something to please everyone here, even picky eaters.

As far as breakfast, Crystal Palace did have a wide variety. My mom is a very picky eater and even SHE found several things she liked. When we booked our trip, I asked her what one thing she would like to splurge on and she said Crystal Palace, when she said at first we didn't have to do that breakfast. YEAH RIGHT! I would never hear the end of it if I DIDN'T book it! Can't wait! :rotfl:

I know Pooh character waffles with toppings bar with syrups and whipped cream were there. Made to order Omelet bar. Definitely had bacon, sausage, eggs, the usual stuff. Also had hashed brown casserole. Quiche. I think they had french toast sticks near the waffle bar if I remember correctly rather than slices of french toast itself.

Try the breakfast Lasagne.

I wouldn't say I am a picky eater (DH might, though!), but I like the more traditional breakfast foods (eggs, waffles, etc.). I thought the CP breakfast was WONDERFUL!

We liked it so much, we have planned to make it a tradition for every trip!

We have done Crystal Palace at 8:10 and were done at about 5 till 9. Then I made a mistake and took my kids to the bathroom there. There are not enough stalls so a big wait! I think we ended up leaving at 9:15. We still got to ride Dumbo without a huge wait, but next time I will use the restrooms in the park.

The earlies ADR we've had is 8:05. In fact we have an 8:05 this July also. It's a really good breakfast buffet and we've always had good character interaction. They do a cute little parade around the restaurant for kids too.

Ok, reading this has made me so happy I finally decided to go here. I changed going to 50's lunch to CP breakfast. I can't wait it looks beautiful inside. I was able to get an 8:05am seating so very excited!!! :cool1:

Hubby and I did an early CP breakfast and we loved it. We were through the castle bottom for the rope drop 15 minutes or so early. I think we may try dinner this trip though because of the dining plan...... The meal is great for breakfast and the characters were awesome. Eeyore is my favorite!
